Altitude+ Gift Cards

Altitude+ gift cards are promo codes that apply a specific duration of viewing time to an account. They are not stored-value cards. Who can use them? New and existing subscribers.

Gift Card Offerings

This is the most common reason for failure and customer complaints. Gift cards do not override plan logic; they only extend time on a matching plan.

• Monthly Plans: Can only use 1, 3, or 6-month gift cards.

• Annual Plans: Can only use an Annual gift card.

If the plan type does not match the gift card duration, the code will fail to apply.Redemption Flow for New Subscribers

Follow this if you dont have not have an existing Altitude+ account.

1. Go to https://www.altitudeplus.com/checkout

2. Select the correct plan that aligns with the gift card duration (e.g., Monthly for a 3-month card).

3. Create the account.

4. Enter the gift card code in the Offer Code field.

5. Click Apply Code.

Common Error: A customer selects the Annual plan with a 3-month gift card.Redemption Flow for Existing Subscribers

Use this path only if you have an active Altitude+ account.

1. Log in to Altitude+.

2. Navigate to Account > Billing Settings (Manage Subscription).

3. Enter the gift card code in the Offer field.

4. Click Apply Offer.

Important Limitation: Existing annual subscribers cannot apply 1, 3, or 6-month gift cards. They must wait for their renewal date or switch to a monthly plan if eligible.Quick Issue Identification for Agents
