I am definitely at home, but the app insists I am "Out of Market." How can I prove it?

Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) might be routing your connection incorrectly. To check this:

1. Open a browser and visit: https://www.maxmind.com/en/locate-my-ip-address

2. If the result shows a city outside the 9-state territory, you must contact your ISP to correct your IP routing or unplug your router for 30 seconds to get a new IP.
