Starlink IP addresses often register as "Space-X Starlink" or map to a ground station hundreds of miles away from your home.
The Fix: Please access the app on a Mobile Device (Phone/Tablet) that has a GPS chip. Connect the mobile device to your Starlink WiFi. The app can sometimes use the mobile GPS data to verify the connection for your household.
