If you're experiencing problems with sound, follow these steps:
Verify All Volume Controls: Check every relevant volume control:
In-app Volume: Ensure the volume within the Altitude+ app is turned up.
Device Volume: Check your device's main volume control.
External Device Volume: If you're using external speakers, headphones, or a soundbar, make sure their volume is also adjusted appropriately.
Check External Device Connections: Confirm that any external audio devices (headphones, speakers) are properly connected and securely plugged in. Try unplugging and re-plugging them.
Test with Another App: To determine if the issue is specific to Altitude+ or your device's audio, try playing content from a different app. If audio works fine elsewhere, the problem is likely with Altitude+.

Go to Settings.
Navigate to Privacy and security.
Click on Clear browsing data.
Select a time range (e.g., "All time") and ensure "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files" are checked.
Click Clear data.
Apple Safari:
Go to Preferences (from the Safari menu).
Click on the Privacy tab.
Click Manage Website Data....
You can choose to remove specific website data or click "Remove All" to clear all stored website data.
Log Out, Close Browser, and Log Back In: After clearing data, completely log out of Altitude+, close your web browser entirely, then reopen it and log back into your account.
