I turned off my TV, but the app still says "Too many devices are streaming." How do I fix this?

If you turn off your TV without exiting the app, the stream may stay active in the background for several minutes (a "ghost session").

  • The Fix: Open the app on the original device and click "Sign Out" or completely close the app. Wait 5 minutes, then try streaming on the new device again.

  • Be sure that you set your location properly on each device.
