Why does the app work on my phone but not on my TV?

Your phone has a GPS chip that knows exactly where you are. Your TV relies on your Internet Router, which can sometimes "drift" or show the wrong city. Please unplug your router for 30 seconds to reset your location on the TV. Be sure you set your location on your TV as well. Go to Account > Location > Change Home Location. Please note that you can only do this twice per year.
